Returns & Exchanges

You can return any product that isn’t up to snuff, so long as you have not worn or damaged it. You’ve got 30 days to do it. Simply return any item in its original condition, unused with original tags for a refund and/or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To process a return or exchange:

  • Select CREATE RETURN.
  • Enter your e-mail address and order number and select LOOKUP.
  • Select CREATE RETURN on the corresponding row of the item you wish to return.
  • Complete the form and select SUBMIT.  

Upon approval of your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You must enclose the completed RETURNS and EXCHANGE form (originally received with your order) and the product(s) for a credit. Please provide your order number for a full refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Within the United States:
Please note, we will pay for your return shipping costs for product(s) with a manufacturing defect or if you receive incorrect product other than what was on your order (the WE PAY reasons). In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For your convenience, with each shipment, we enclose a USPS postage-paid return label. Should you decide to use this USPS postage-paid return label, other than for the WE PAY reasons noted above, you are agreeing to pay a return service fee of $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose not to use the enclosed USPS postage-paid return label and select another carrier to return the package, for your protection, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide proof of delivery and insure the package for its full value. Weekender cannot replace or refund packages lost or damaged during transit of the return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

Outside the United States:
International customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges on returns and exchanges. All packages returned from the outside the United States must be pre-paid and sent via the carrier of your choice.  For your protection, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insure the package for its full content value. Weekender cannot replace or credit packages lost during transit of the return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

You may exchange a product, so long as you have not worn or damaged it. The product must be returned within 30 days after you received it. We will issue a refund when we receive the returned product. Please let us know what you would like to exchange the item/s for by contacting our Customer Service Dept. at info@weekendersportswear.com or dial 1-855-875-9626 ext.# 230 and a replacement order will be setup for you. Since for security reasons we do not retain your credit card information, an easy replacement order form will be e-mailed to you and upon completion of the credit card information, we will process your replacement order. We will waive the shipping charge on the replacement shipments within the U.S..
