SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the shipping option you select.

RETURNS

You can return any product that isn’t up to snuff, so long as you have not worn or damaged it. You’ve got 30 days to do it. Simply return any item in its original condition, unused with original tags for a refund or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To process a return or exchange:

• Select CREATE RETURN.
• Enter your e-mail address and order number and select LOOKUP.
• Select CREATE RETURN on the corresponding row of the item you wish to return.
• Complete the form and select SUBMIT.  

Upon approval of your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You must enclose the completed RETURNS and EXCHANGE form (originally received with your order) and the product(s) for a credit. Please provide your order number for a full refund.
